Youth-Led Support for Wellbeing and Inclusion
We champion peer-led approaches and youth voice — creating opportunities for young people to support one another, share experiences and shape the support around them.
Many of our projects are influenced by the Five Ways to Wellbeing — an evidence-based framework that supports positive mental health through five simple actions (connecting with others, being active, learning new things, giving back and taking notice). We embed these elements throughout our activities to help young people build resilience and feel good.
We work particularly with young people navigating inequalities — including those who are LGBTQ+ or neurodivergent — alongside more universal offers open to all.
