Q Hub: LGBTQ+ youth groups, training & allyship

The Q Hub is Brighter Futures Together’s model for creating real, lasting change for LGBTQ+ young people — by working with them and the adults around them.

We know that people connect and learn in different ways. Some benefit from safe spaces, others from training or conversation. That’s why the Q Hub brings together three strands of work:

👥 Youth Groups – Safe, Welcoming Spaces

We run dedicated LGBTQ+ youth groups in Buckinghamshire and East Berkshire, offering young people a place to be themselves, meet others and feel supported.

🎓 Training & Awareness – Building Confidence

We offer free and paid sessions to help professionals, school staff, carers and others feel more confident supporting LGBTQ+ young people — no jargon, just honest and practical insight.

🤝 The Allies Forum – Connecting People Who Care

Our Allies Forum brings together those who want to reflect, learn and act — from schools and youth organisations to parents and community leaders. We’re currently shaping the next phase of meet-ups.
