Youth Work Academy
Learning for every stage of your youth work journey
Youth work is built on relationships, reflection and lifelong learning. Whether you’re taking your first steps as a volunteer, developing your professional practice or leading others, learning doesn’t stop once you’ve completed a qualification.
The Youth Work Academy brings together accredited qualifications, practical training, professional development and learning opportunities for people working and volunteering with young people. Our aim is to support a confident, skilled and reflective workforce that can make a lasting difference to young people’s lives.
We believe great youth work is built through curiosity, reflection and a commitment to lifelong learning. The Youth Work Academy exists to support that journey.

We’re developing:
- Volunteer learning pathways
- Further accredited qualifications
- Practical workshops and CPD
- Specialist training
- Communities of practice
- Resources and toolkits
Our ambition is simple: to create a place where people can learn, reflect and continue developing throughout their career in youth work.
