Brighter Futures Together’s Youth Work Academy supports people to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to work effectively with young people.

Whether you’re already working or volunteering with young people, or are looking for a way to get involved, we want to make youth work learning practical, supportive and rooted in real practice.

LEARNING ROOTED IN PRACTICE

Youth work is built on relationships. We believe learning should be too.

Our Academy brings together accredited learning, practical experience, reflection and support from experienced youth work practitioners.

Programmes are designed to work around existing commitments, with a mix of face-to-face, online and supported learning where appropriate.

Growing the Academy

The Youth Work Academy is just getting started. Over time, we’ll continue to develop opportunities that support people at different stages of their youth work journey.
