How we recruit

We believe diversity helps a workforce thrive and are particularly interested in hearing from applicants who consider themselves to be from marginalised backgrounds.

In line with safer recruitment, we’re using a standardised application form which you need to complete to apply for the posts advertised below. However, we know application forms can sometimes be challenging to fill in, so for the longer question you can choose to submit your answer by video or via a poster instead of in writing if you prefer. We’ll judge your application and interview carefully against the criteria outlined in the job pack to help us select the best candidates.
