Collaborate, celebrate and connect in a fun, safe space
Over The Rainbow is Buckinghamshire’s LGBTQ+ youth and participation group for young people aged 13+. It’s a place to make friends, share your ideas and feel celebrated for who you are.
Our group is neurodiverse-inclusive, and everyone is welcome to be themselves. Whether you want to play games, get creative or help shape what we do in the community, there’s a space for you here.
Check out our FAQ’s below or email us at [email protected] so we can arrange for you to have an introductory chat with one of our youth support workers.
Who can come?
Anyone aged 13-18 who knows or thinks they may be part of the LGBTQ+ community. You are welcome to bring a friend too if that would help you feel more comfortable.
Where do you meet?
We meet monthly on Fridays from 5–7pm in Aylesbury.

What happens at the group?
We start with snacks and chill time, then play games and do creative activities like bracelet-making or scavenger hunts. You’ll also get to share ideas for things like our Pride stall, help plan trips and shape future events.
Will you tell my parents or carers?
This is a group for you. We do not contact parents or carers. We want to offer a relaxing space where you feel safe and comfortable and have the opportunity to socialise with your peers.
