Network Project Coordinator (Freelance)
About the role
We’re looking for a skilled and values-driven freelance coordinator to support a ground-breaking project: the Neurodiversity Voice Network, part of NHS Frimley’s neurodiversity transformation programme.
You can read more about the project here https://brighterfuturestogether.org.uk/all-projects/join-the-network-of-voice-associates/
You’ll play a key role in helping local organisations work together to centre the voices of neurodivergent individuals and families. The role involves coordinating logistics, supporting communication across partners, and contributing to inclusive, joined-up working. This is a flexible, part-time freelance opportunity — ideal for someone who’s organised, facilitative, and passionate about inclusion.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Great coordination, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Lived experience of neurodivergence (personal or as a parent/carer)
- A collaborative, values-led approach
- Experience supporting or delivering community-based projects
