How we recruit

Applying for PAYE roles

In line with safer recruitment, we’re using a standardised application form which you need to complete to apply for the posts advertised below. However, we know application forms can sometimes be challenging to fill in, so for the longer question you can choose to submit your answer by video or via a poster instead of in writing if you prefer. We’ll judge your application and interview carefully against the criteria outlined in the job pack to help us select the best candidates.

Applying for freelance roles

For freelance roles, we don’t use a standard application form. Instead, we ask applicants to send a short cover letter (or a video/audio message) along with a CV or summary of relevant experience. We’re committed to fair and inclusive recruitment, and we’ll assess all applications carefully against the criteria outlined in the role description.

If you find written applications challenging, you’re welcome to submit your cover letter as a short video or visual presentation (e.g. a poster).
