We’re pleased to welcome Micky to Brighter Futures Together as our LGBTQ+ Project Leader. With a strong background in youth work and a passion for fostering inclusive, affirming spaces, Micky will be supporting our LGBTQ+ project, The Q Hub Slough.

Micky is non-binary (she/they) and proudly identifies as queer, neptunic and neurodivergent. They bring lived experience to their role, not just as part of the LGBTQ+ community but also as someone with ADHD.

As part of our team, Micky will be involved in youth groups, events and outreach efforts. Their approach ensures young people’s voices shape projects, and they are especially eager to collaborate with LGBTQ+ young people in co-creating a safe and vibrant queer space.
