Looking for something fun to do in the school holidays?
If you’re aged 9–16 and get free school meals, you can join HAF (Holiday Activities and Food) for FREE!
Brighter Futures Together has partnered with Logiscool to bring you a great mix of activities, including:
- LEGO® Robotics – build and programme your own robots
- Cooking – get hands-on in the kitchen and make tasty food
- Minecraft – take on creative challenges and explore new worlds
- AI and design – try out tech and bring your ideas to life
It’s a chance to try new things, meet people and have a good time over the holidays.

Foodie Friday cooking camp
Friday 11 April: 11.30am-3.30pm
📍Marlow Youth and Community Centre
👥 Ages 10-16 years old
Love cooking? Enjoy getting creative in the kitchen? Then this is for you!
The main event – cooking! Make your own pizza from scratch and choose your toppings. Pick up top cooking tips to fuel your body and feel good.
Eat and enjoy together! Everyone will sit down to share a delicious meal at the same time, just like a big Italian feast.
After lunch, there’s plenty more to get stuck into:
- Take part in arts and creative activities
- Try out fun, football-inspired skill challenges – no big match pressure, just a chance to move, have a laugh and test your coordination
- Make the most of everything the youth centre has to offer – pool table, table football and table tennis

Tech Tuesday LEGO® Robotics camp

The main event – robotics! Get hands-on with LEGO® Education SPIKE Prime. Build, code and control your own robots using motors, sensors and Scratch-based programming. Work as a team, tackle fun challenges and bring your ideas to life.
After lunch, there’s plenty more to explore:
- Step into new worlds with VR headsets – experience interactive adventures in virtual reality
- Take on creative tech challenges with your robots
- Relax and have fun with games and social time

Generative artificial intelligence & image-editing camp

Curious about AI? Love getting creative with digital tools? Discover the power of technology and design!
The main event – digital creativity! Explore the world of image editing using Canva, where you’ll experiment with design, effects and layouts to create eye-catching visuals. Then, dive into artificial intelligence with ChatGPT and Bing, learning how to generate compelling text and images with AI-powered tools.
After lunch, there’s plenty more to explore:
- Take on fun AI challenges – test out prompts and see how AI responds
- Get creative with digital design and image manipulation
- Experiment with different AI tools to see what they can do

Minecraft design camp
Monday 14 April: 10.00am-3.00pm

Love Minecraft? Enjoy crafting your own worlds? Unleash your imagination and build an epic adventure!
The main event – world-building! Design and create your very own Minecraft adventure map, complete with a unique story, hidden secrets and thrilling challenges. Whether it’s an abandoned house mystery, a daring mountain expedition or something totally unexpected – the possibilities are endless!
After lunch, there’s plenty more to explore:
- Take on fun Minecraft challenges and test your design skills
- Work together to share ideas and bring your stories to life
- Experiment with redstone, command blocks and creative-mode tricks

This provision is aimed at young people who receive benefit-related free school meals.
If you are eligible, you should have received an email or text message from holidayactivities.com.
This message will contain a HAF voucher that you can redeem to book funded activities for your child using the booking system.
