Our Story
Brighter Futures Together is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) supporting young people to build confidence, connection and opportunity, while strengthening the people and systems around them.
In 2022, after years working in the youth sector and the NHS, our founder set out to build something practical, relational and rooted in real experience. Brighter Futures Together was born, combining consultancy and training with youth-led projects and reinvesting into the communities we care about.
From the start, we chose to stay close to young people and the realities they face, helping the organisations around them become more inclusive, responsive and sustainable.
Today, our work spans delivery, training and consultancy – each strand strengthening the others. Every penny we earn goes back into projects that help young people to thrive.

Supporting Young People Early
Our work focuses on early support and strong foundations.
We create spaces where young people can connect, build confidence, develop skills and form trusted relationships — early, not just when things feel difficult.
We intentionally reach young people who experience additional barriers or inequality, including neurodivergent young people and LGBTQ+ young people.
We believe young people thrive when they feel safe, understood and genuinely listened to — and we design our work around that belief.
Strengthening the Systems Around Them
Alongside our youth provision, we work with schools, health partners and community organisations to strengthen inclusive practice and improve systems of support.
