Our Story
In 2022, after years working in the youth sector and the NHS, our founder set out to do things differently. Brighter Futures Together was born — combining consultancy and training with youth-led projects and reinvesting into the communities we care about.
From the start, we knew we didn’t want to just talk about change. We wanted to stay close to young people and the realities they face, while helping organisations around them work better and more inclusively.
In our first year, we delivered consultancy across the NHS and voluntary sector. We also collaborated with CAMHS teams and NHS trusts to help continue and strengthen an established youth mental health training programme — bringing community insight, fresh energy and lived experience.
In our second year, we launched youth projects offering early support with mental health and wellbeing. Many of these projects focus on young people impacted by inequality or feeling excluded, including those who are neurodivergent or LGBTQ+.
Today, our work spans direct delivery, training and consultancy — each strand strengthening the others. Every penny we earn goes into projects that help young people to thrive.
WE ARE BRAVE, CURIOUS AND INNOVATIVE AND TOGETHER WE ARE WORKING TO CREATE THE BRIGHTER FUTURE WE WANT TO SEE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE.
Meet the people helping to create brighter futures, together

Our values
Our work is based on opportunity, empathy and, crucially, hope. By exploring new and imaginative solutions we want to make a collective difference.
As advocates for young people, we are big on the following:
- Doing good together – everything we do is about networks and collaborations as we can’t do any of our work alone.
- Knowledge equity – we value many different forms of knowledge, experience and wisdom, including that of young people, care givers and advocates.
- Solution and action focused – we create or support projects that can overcome barriers to deliver urgently needed change.
